Upon arrival into Alaska

I’m back in Alaskaaaa!!!!! We’re both quite exhausted, hungry, tired, smelly, and ready to sleep in a real bed. Fortunately all our flights were relatively uneventful. We even made it through border control in New York with no more trouble than I dropped my pink jumper while I was leaving the cue and had to run back to get it. The guy with the border agency said he was gutted he didn’t get to take home such a nice pink sweater ๐Ÿ™‚

We sat next to a crazy lady on the flight from Seattle to Anchorage. She even sang to us for a wee while! Haha, it added comic relief to say the least. And we both โ€œfell asleepโ€ quite quickly ๐Ÿ˜›

Next step is applying for our visa. We got an application online before we left Scotland so during the flight I read through all the questions and wrote out some answers. So it shouldn’t be too terrible if all goes according to plan. We just have to be dreadfully careful that we get all the extra documents exactly perfect. We sorted that out before we left anyways complete with labeling all the documents with their name on sticky notes. Hopefully we’ve got it perfect…There are loads and loads of people praying so Iโ€m not too worried. God knows exactly who needs to sign which papers when and who’s hands the application needs to pass through in order for our application to be accepted. I have complete trust in God and the fact that He likes us ๐Ÿ™‚ We’re His kids and He’s not going to let us down ๐Ÿ™‚

Let’s see what God’s going to do.
